Agreement to Terms
By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Thuro Exteriors ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all services including lawn care, power washing, soft washing, holiday lighting, permanent lighting installation, and any other exterior services we provide.
Services
Thuro Exteriors provides exterior property maintenance and enhancement services. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safe working conditions.
- Service details, scope, and pricing will be confirmed prior to work beginning via quote or service agreement.
- We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service offering at any time.
- Additional work discovered during service will be communicated to you before proceeding.
Scheduling & Cancellations
When you schedule a service, you are reserving a time slot on our calendar. To keep our team and other clients' schedules running smoothly:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or crew emergencies. We will notify you as soon as possible.
- Recurring service clients agree to maintain reasonable access to the property on scheduled service days.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and other payment methods as listed at time of service.
- Invoices not paid within 7 days of service completion may be subject to a late fee.
- Recurring clients may be set up on automatic billing, which will be disclosed and agreed to separately.
- Disputed charges must be raised within 5 business days of the invoice date.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate property information and point out any known hazards before service begins.
- Ensure gates, access points, and work areas are accessible on your scheduled service day.
- Secure or remove pets, outdoor furniture, or fragile items from service areas when possible.
- Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or sensitive landscaping prior to service.
- Not hold us responsible for pre-existing damage to your property that was not caused by our services.
Property & Damage
Thuro Exteriors takes every precaution to protect your property. However:
- We are not liable for damage to items not disclosed prior to service (e.g., hidden irrigation heads, unmarked landscaping features).
- Power washing and soft washing involve water pressure that may affect certain surfaces. You are responsible for informing us of any fragile or sensitive areas.
- Any damage claim must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of service completion.
We carry general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Lighting Services
For holiday and permanent lighting installations, additional terms apply:
- Installation locations and design are confirmed prior to work beginning.
- Permanent lighting products installed by Thuro Exteriors remain the property of the client upon full payment.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by severe weather events after installation is complete.
- Holiday lighting removal services must be scheduled in advance. We are not responsible for lights left up beyond the agreed removal date.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Thuro Exteriors regarding appointment reminders, service updates, and account information.

- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided the concern falls within the original scope of service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thuro Exteriors' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Horry County, South Carolina.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
